Shipping Policies

We can ship to nearly any location in the world. Plaza Surf N' Sports ships via UPS for transactions within the continental United States. For all other transactions, we ship via the United States Postal Service.

Please be aware that certain items cannot be shipped to international locations to due size, weight, nature of the product, etc. If you have any questions regarding the shipping limitations of a particular item, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail at sportszone1517@yahoo.com.

With most transactions, please allow a 24 hour processing period. If you need your merchandise shipped by expedited means (such as UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air), please call us beforehand at (631) 744-5544 to ensure your product will be shipped on time.

With international transactions, please understand that your country will likely impose customs fees or importation taxes to receive your goods upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be compensated under any circumstances by Plaza Surf N' Sports.

Furthermore, please note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Online (Only) Returns

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund in the form of original payment for up to 30 days. After 30 days, only exchanges for items of equal or greater value will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact Plaza Surf N' Sports and notify us of a return. A return authorization number will be issued to any customer wishing to make a return or exchange.

Gift cards and merchandise sold in used, pro stock/return, or otherwised blemished condition (which will be explicity labeled as such) are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Shipping fees incurred to the buyer for return services are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated by Plaza Surf N' Sports.
